"Helpful delivery updates"
The delivery updates were actually really good, clear and timed just right. I knew when the truck was on the way, and they called before showing up, which helped a lot. Made the whole thing feel way less stressful. Overall, happy with how it went.

"Nice furniture, but felt a little pressured"
We went to Haynes just to check out sofas, they had a solid selection. I always forget how many different shades of gray a couch can come in, but anyway, the prices seemed reasonable enough, and the sales guy was friendly when we first got there.
After a bit, though, it started feeling kind of pushy. He kept nudging us to buy right then and add on extras we weren’t really looking for, so we decided to leave and think it over. It’s not a bad store at all, I just wish they’d let you wander and breathe a little more.

"My order showed up way later than..."
My order showed up way later than expected, and the updates I got along the way didn’t really explain anything or help at all. I get that delays happen, but the lack of clear communication was frustrating. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start ordering from somewhere else.

"Decent selection, but I felt uneasy after paying"
There was a lot to browse, which was nice, but after a while the styles all started to feel kind of the same. I also got a bit uneasy after I paid, like I wasn’t totally sure what to expect next or if everything would go smoothly. Not a terrible experience, just not amazing either...

The delivery guys showed up right on time and were really polite the whole time. They were careful bringing in my sofa and made sure not to bump anything, which I appreciated. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d say the delivery service was definitely solid.

I was hoping the sale would make a bigger difference, but the prices seemed to keep jumping around. From my perspective, it didn’t really feel like I was getting much of a deal, so I ended up feeling a little disappointed.

The sales staff barely helped me, honestly. I kind of expected someone to explain things or at least point me in the right direction, but it felt like I was mostly on my own. Maybe they were busy or just having an off day, I don’t know, but it wasn’t very helpful

"Nice showroom, but the vibe was off"
I stopped in to look at sofas and the showroom itself was really nice, but the service just didn’t feel great. Nobody checked in much, and when I asked about prices, it kind of felt like I was bothering them. Maybe they were busy or having an off day, but reading between the lines, I didn’t feel very welcomed. Ended up leaving without buying anything...

I was trying to get a quick answer about my order because I was already in a rush, so I jumped on the online chat hoping it would be faster. I waited way longer than expected, and when someone finally replied, it didn’t even answer what I asked. I tried emailing too, but that wasn’t any better. It felt like nobody actually read my message.

I had to exchange a chair, and it was more of a hassle than I was expecting it to be. I ended up making a few calls just to get clear answers, and then the pickup date got changed once too. The staff weren’t rude or anything, it was more like everything was just slow and not very together. I do like the furniture, so that part is fine, but the whole exchange thing made me feel like I don’t really want to order again for a while.

"Site was frustrating and made me second-guess everything"
I tried using the website, but it was a pain. The pages were loading really slowly, and every time I set the filters, they kept resetting on me. After about ten minutes, I just gave up. It also made me a little uneasy, like I was going to miss something important or get fooled into clicking the wrong thing because nothing was working the way it should...

I ordered a sofa from Haynes and, to be fair, the delivery showed up on time. But my good mood kind of dropped once I noticed one corner was scuffed and there was a small tear in the fabric. The delivery guys brought it in really quickly and were gone before I had a proper chance to look it over.
I reached out to customer service and they said they’d look into it, but the whole thing has been moving slower than I’d hoped. It’s not the worst experience ever, but for what I paid, I was expecting the sofa to arrive in better shape

One sofa cushion showed up looking a bit off, so I reached out to Haynes support. They replied the next day, had me go through a little back and forth, then sent a replacement. Timing wasn’t perfect, but they were friendly and followed through. Overall, happy.

I’ve had this sofa set up for a little while now, and it’s been fitting into the room well. The size works for what I needed, and the fabric has a nice feel to it, not scratchy or cheap-looking. It also feels sturdy when you sit on it, which was something I was a little worried about before it arrived. The only thing I noticed after unpacking was that one corner had a scuff on it. It’s not enough to make me regret the purchase, but it was a bit disappointing to see right away. Overall, good quality with just that small issue.

I was trying to buy a sofa from Haynes and figured I’d use their financing option, but wow… it ended up being way more stressful than I expected 😕.
The terms weren’t explained very clearly, and every time I asked a question, it felt like I got a slightly different answer. On top of that, the online part kept glitching or giving me problems, which just made the whole thing even more annoying.
In the end, I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward and decided to walk away. Super frustrating experience overall, and I wouldn’t try their financing again.

"Shipping felt overpriced and nobody followed up"
The furniture itself was fine, and the website was easy to use, but the shipping cost felt way too high for what I ordered. I also never got any follow-up after delivery, which was a little frustrating. I’d probably consider buying again, but only if the delivery fees were more reasonable...

"I wanted to like my experience with Haynes..."
I wanted to like my experience with Haynes Furniture, but it just didn’t go the way I hoped. From start to finish, the whole process felt more frustrating than it should have been, and by the end I was left feeling like it really wasn’t worth the money. I expected better service and a much smoother experience overall. After dealing with all of that, I don’t really see myself shopping there again.

"They fixed it fast, but it never should’ve happened"
I had to complain because they messed things up in the first place, which was really frustrating. To be fair, once I pushed the issue, they handled it quickly and got it sorted out. I’m happy with the final outcome, but I still blame them for making me deal with the hassle at all
